I need to look deeper, I need to challenge myself. Follow Topthot as I digg into the core of my professional life, spirituality, morality, meaning and the self. For now, I’m painting a question mark over everything and this is my canvas.

I’ve been curious . . .
Does Topthot mean anything or is it just some funky way of writing “Top that!”?
Is there a particular benefit to using WordPress’s blog site than, say, Livejournal or Facebook or Myspace as you already have those media for expressing thoughts publically?
Is there a way to subscribe to this without having to sign up for an account myself?

Do you see these things added much after the initial posts were made? And if so, is there a way to know if you have responded without joining WordPress?

Well the title of the blog means top thought, but for no real reason apart from it sounding cool.
Some people I would like to make this available to are not on some of the other sites, so I figure I’ll keep it independent and just advertise posts on the various other sites. Also, those sites come in and out of popularity, and I want this to last.
I get notifications of all responses and read all of them. I’m sure there’s a way to track things with RSS or Google reader, but I’ll bet you can just make a really quick account with wordpress and subscribe to the blog/be notified of action on posts you’re interested in.
